The Jordan Acres Content Analytics application ("the App") is a private, internal tool operated by Jordan Acres. These Terms govern its use.
The App is intended solely for Jordan Acres' internal business reporting. It is not a public service and is not offered or licensed to third parties.
The App accesses connected accounts on a read-only basis to retrieve performance metrics. It does not post, modify, or delete content and does not alter account settings.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Metrics are sourced from third-party platform APIs and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
Use of data obtained through Google, YouTube, and other platform APIs is subject to those platforms' own terms and policies. The App complies with the applicable API terms.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
