This Privacy Policy explains how the Jordan Acres Content Analytics application ("the App," "we," "us") handles data. The App is a private, internal tool operated by Jordan Acres for its own business reporting.
When authorized by the account owner, the App uses Google APIs to read, on a read-only basis, the owner's own YouTube channel data, including video statistics (views, likes, comments), watch time, audience-retention metrics, and subscriber counts. The App accesses only the Google account that the owner explicitly connects.
This data is used solely to generate an internal weekly performance dashboard reviewed by the Jordan Acres content team. The App is read-only: it does not create, edit, upload, delete, or publish any content, and it does not change any account settings.
The App's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer or sell this data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
Authorization tokens and retrieved metrics are stored locally on Jordan Acres' own computer and are not shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party. The data is not used for any purpose other than the internal reporting described above.
The account owner can revoke the App's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access immediately stops all further data retrieval.
